The Residences at Villa Montane/ Hyatt Mountain Lodge, Beaver Creek, Colorado

The Hyatt Mountain Lodge is the centerpiece of the Villa Montane mixed-use project on the last inner-village site developed in Beaver Creek. Fifty-four luxury guest suites are accompanied by a separate, 3,000 square foot common building comprising reception, activity room, fitness club, and ski valet center. Following the Villa Montane’s palette of rich local and traditional materials, including hewn timbers, colored sandstone, whitewashed plaster, storm shutters, and steep tile roofs, the Lodge forms an alpine village grouped around a series of intimate garden and plaza spaces.
