Hornberger + Worstell worked in partnership with its development team to program and plan a trade center dedicated to facilitating business between California and the international business community. The concept envisions an integrated mixed-use complex of approximately four million square feet on a 62-acre site at the juncture of two interstates, the Sacramento River, and downtown Sacramento. The components include a 40-story, 850,000 square foot International Trade Tower office building, a 1.2 million square foot international exhibition center, a 550-key full-service international flag hotel, a residential tower, an international trade and finance academic institute, cultural theater and amphitheater, among other amenities.
