Intercontinental Hotel Mixed-Use Development, San Francisco, California

Hornberger + Worstell is Architect of Record for this new 32-story high-rise hotel located adjacent to San Francisco’s Moscone West Convention Center. The 600,000 square foot project includes 543 guest rooms, 43,000 square feet of meeting space, a 12,000 square foot health club/spa, and subterranean parking.  The exterior design features a complex glass curtain wall system with a faceted and stepped façade.  Design Architect: Patri Merker Architects
