The Chuang Ye Park project includes the reconfiguration of a 30,000 square meter area of an existing master plan with five buildings already under construction.  The main interior avenue curves gently around the site, connecting to all the buildings, while a series of pedestrian paths cut across the formal landscape.  After careful analysis, the reconfiguration of building sites was based on views, building composition, primary access and entrance, as well as shared secondary access and service.  Each future building will have views of the mountains or ocean.
