Mr. Low is a Managing Principal of Hornberger + Worstell and the Managing Director for Hornberger + Worstell’s Asia Pacific operations. He has 25 years of experience in the management and coordination of the firm’s major design and planning efforts, directing national and international teams engaged in projects located throughout the United States and the Asia-Pacific region.

Since graduating from Harvard University, Mr. Low has developed a diverse and comprehensive body of work featuring large-scale, commercial, mixed-use projects, urban hotel and destination resort properties, luxury residential developments, spas, clubhouses, healthcare facilities, retail centers, office campuses, and high-rise office properties.

Mr. Low’s most significant contribution to the field of architecture has been in the design of complex, mixed-use projects that feature hospitality, luxury residential, and commercial components. Mr. Low is best known for his ability to unite a strong design vision with the varied points of view of the guest-user, operator and developer, in addition to assuring that the practical concerns of cost, schedule and constructability are successfully achieved.

Knowledgeable in all aspects of architectural design and project management, Mr. Low provides senior design management expertise and direct hands-on involvement for the firm’s clients. He provides design and technical leadership, and attends to immediate client needs and essential project responsibilities.

Mr. Low’s design sensibility, unwavering advocacy for the value of good design, and depth of experience, serves as a guiding hand in steering the firm’s projects from initial design concept to successful fruition.

Mr. Low has lectured on the subject of emerging trends in international hospitality at the International Conference for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Hong Kong Chapter of the AIA, Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the San Francisco Planning and Urban Research association (SPUR).

Mr. Low’s architectural experience includes projects ranging from mainland China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, North America and the South Pacific.
